"Best hotel for metro access: therefore the best hotel base to explore the country. Reasonable rates for good quality. Very good bed, ok shower, great to have filtered drinking water on tap. Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience. "

When we got there, no hand towels and had to use bath towels for everything. They cleaned the next day. No hand towels. Had to request.
