"I cannot fault the Hotel at all. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out all of the staff were fabulous. The choice at breakfast was great and the food was good, on our final day we had to check out early amd they let us into breakfast 30 minutes early which was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The location was only 5 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station (Somerset) which made getting around easy. We would definitely come back."

"The hotel is conveniently located above the MRT train station that will take you anywhere in Singapore. There are a lot of shope and restaurants just on the ground floor of the hotel."

"Everything about this stay was great. Initial communication was choppy but upon arrival everything was very smooth. The accomodations, breakfast, and pool were all top notch. Front desk and other staff were amazing. "

"It is very basic, but it does the job. Its clean, it has a pool and a gym, its close to multiple shopping and food areas. staff were all helpful and accommodating. The only issue in our room, was it was a bit noisy at night. Some sort of AC unit or other machinery can be heard from outside the window. A couple earbuds fixed that issue."

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."
