"Our stay was pleasant. Our room had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom. When we informed the hotel, they tried a deodorizer for 20 minutes but when it didn't help, they moved us from a 2 double bed room, to a one bedroom king suite with 2 rollaway beds for the kids. They were extremely apologetic and left us a personalized note and a plate of fruit for our troubles. The pool was a good size (25m long) with a rope marking off the deep end which was good for safety but made swimming...

"Overall it’s a nice place, centrally located near Sommerset and MRT station. The bedroom with attached bathroom is a bit too small. Good to have TV in each room & lounge but IPTV connection is not stable, hung every now and then, in fact every time we use it. There’s also no proper drop off place so not friendly for people who need assistance."

"This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again."

"Everything about this stay was great. Initial communication was choppy but upon arrival everything was very smooth. The accomodations, breakfast, and pool were all top notch. Front desk and other staff were amazing. "
