"Perfect location, texted the day before asking if there was anything we needed prior to our arrival, texted every morning to see if we needed anything- asked for a few extra things that they delivered right away. We will 100% be returning, This is now our go to place, when we visit the area. They even graciously delivered my boyfriend’s birthday cake and mimosas the morning of his birthday. "

"A fantastic property, located perfectly in Cannery Row. Great views, attentive and gracious staff. Room was perfect with a partial bay view and a fireplace. Front desk was informative, gracious. Bell staff was incredibly kind, and very timely. Just a wonderful hotel"
