"This is a wonderful property. I choose it for the proximity to the beach and walking distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Check in was simple and we were delighted with the room and the dining room as well as the lovely sitting room across from our room (Art Deco). Breakfast was delicious and the dining room overlooked the Bay. Every breakfast was different and delicious, and the coffee was good and strong. The staff was friendly also."

"The Inn is just 1 block from Ocean and 3 blocks from 7th & Delores, with many excellent restaurants and art galleries nearby. The location is quiet with adequate parking. The rooms are small and dated, but the comfortable main house w/ coffee, tea, seating & tables, extra bathroom was a nice resource. The Inn was clean, but could use some remodeling and a fresh coat of paint. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast at La Bicyclette."
