The managers do an excellent job with customer service and the cleaning crew does an excellent job with room cleanliness and order. No frills but very comfortable and secure. "Boutique hotel with a nice charm. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to rodeo drive and plenty of coffee shops. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The only issue was the shower setup of room, shower curtains not long enough causing them to get sucked in and stick to you as you shower, also water easily drips outside shower needing you to use towels to soak it up."
