"This stay was just wonderful so i booked the same room for another week. The room itself is clean, nice and everything works We did need a new fridge as the one we had was not getting cold and so they replaced it for us pretty quickly after being told. The new one wasn't really getting cold either so they had maintenance fix it. Now its cold and doing great "

"Every staff member was responsive, kind and efficient. I was made to feel that no request was too much. It's got off street parking in the back that is well lit 24/7 in addition to the parking infront of rooms. The place was packed but there was enough parking and I never heard my neighbors. i arrived in the pouring rain and everything was clean and swept and rooms were toasty and dry"

"Property was near a couple of food places and just a 2 minute walk to the Universal trolly. I choose this location because of these features because I have mobility restrictions. Staff were great, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed each day. Parking is VERY limited and a tight squeeze. We did not have a car for this trip but the lots was always full and only held about 11 cars. We would stay again if we return to Universal Studios. "

"We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again. "
