"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....

"The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting....

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"This condo is very nice, clean, updated with a view over the pool/courtyard area. Easy communication with the host and clearly have a good sense of humor when you read the condo rules book upon arrival. I will definitely be back. "

"We stayed for 8 nights; the unit was a good size; everything was clean. We did not cook in, but everything that we used was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable. The community heated pool and hot tub were very nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. Since we have Family in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again."
