"Pre-arranged closer to buffet table sitting location (one of my older family member need walking assistant) was not given util I refuse to accept, they finally provided a table closer to the food area with an attitude! Otherwise, the this hotel is great especially with both in-room and public Onsen. They also treat every hotel guest with unlimited ice cream from their in house vending machine. "

"I enjoyed the onsen on our condo and the open areas that I was able to enjoy in the hotel. My condo had a beautiful view in which I could enjoy the sunrise. The complimentary drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated."

"While I love staying at this hotel, I did find a used tissue near my bed on the first night of my stay. But other than that, I feel like this is definitely a hotel I'll stay at when I visit Yokohama next time. Wonderful staff, super convenient location and I love the bed light that helps me fall asleep after an exhausting day. "

"My go to hotel in Yokohama. My room was not facing Yamashita park this time and my room was a bit small side in main building. I had facial due to the weather was very bad to go out and the service was wonderful too."

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu.
