"The room was fine and there was a large extra space that we ended up using as a walk-in closet but the bathroom was very small with a tiny slippery tub and a big step that made the access very awkward. Regardless, after 3 days we wanted to stay one more week in Osaka and asked to keep the room but our request was denied although we knew a room was still available. So we moved to a better hotel. Since they cater to large groups we figured they couldn’t care less about us."

"Comfortable & clean double bed room. Train stations though not very near, are still in walkable distance. Quite some shops & eateries down on the street. "

"My only complaint is about the pillows which were so uncomfortable and plain weird making for poor sleep and sore necks. Great location price and staff but bring your own pillow!"

"The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, a short less than 5 mins walk will take you to the trains line that brings you around Osaka. Many 24hrs convenient stores. Just that the toilet is small. "

"部屋が汚い、洗面所の電気がつかない、食器の部屋配分がバラバラ、せまい、クローゼット内の物品の置き方が乱雑などマイナスポイントが目立ちました。次、泊まることはないです。鍵の管理も自分でやらなくてはいけないし、そもそも建物の入り口もわかりづらいし…。また、ひとつの部屋に最大二つのベッドしかない。これはそれ以上の人数で行ったときは決して楽しめない間取りだと思いました。"

"Location is super convient. The unit was a tad banged up and lacking utensils but overall still worth it as its next to everything. The unit would heavily benefit from a deep clean and dusting. The ac in the second room was not functioning. Must have the egg soup from the restaurant downstairs. "
