"Really great hotel to stay at! We very much enjoyed our time here and it was right in the heart of the best food hub in Shinsekai. Highly recommend this hotel for safety as well, was located close to several metro entrances (5mins) and we felt safe here at night. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful when using luggage forwarding. "

"天王寺動物園に行くつもりが、気づいたら月曜日で動物園はお預けとなりました。 やむなく当ホテル向かいの朝日劇場で、2300円で芝居を観ることにしました。 ところが思った以上に芝居が面白くて大変満足しました。 テレビのバラエティ番組はいつも石を投げたくなる出来栄えで、見るたびに腹を立てていますが、本当の芸には感動を覚えます。 当ホテル宿泊の際は、ぜひ向かいの朝日劇場で本物の芸を観てください。"

"You have a pleasant atmosphere to welcome youe guests. The staffsare polite and very helpful to your guests.The housekeeper are very nice and very considerate that give way to the guests as the latter to use the facilities.i love the food choices at the buffet table ...quite healthy.I would give a 9/10 rating even if it's in a downtown area. Thank you very much."

"Location is super convient. The unit was a tad banged up and lacking utensils but overall still worth it as its next to everything. The unit would heavily benefit from a deep clean and dusting. The ac in the second room was not functioning. Must have the egg soup from the restaurant downstairs. "

"部屋が汚い、洗面所の電気がつかない、食器の部屋配分がバラバラ、せまい、クローゼット内の物品の置き方が乱雑などマイナスポイントが目立ちました。次、泊まることはないです。鍵の管理も自分でやらなくてはいけないし、そもそも建物の入り口もわかりづらいし…。また、ひとつの部屋に最大二つのベッドしかない。これはそれ以上の人数で行ったときは決して楽しめない間取りだと思いました。"
