"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay. The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set....

"I only put 4 stars because it was a bit hard to find the right hotel as there were two Toyoko Inns in Shin Yokohama and my reservation said Toyoko Inn Ekimae and we went to the wrong hotel after a very tiring trip to Sapporo. Since it was night time there was no way of knowing ( for us non Nihongo speakers) about the shinkan and honkan branches - as both Toyoko Inn didn't have Shinkansen or honkan.
