"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room).
