"Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"My family came to visit from US and I wanted to show them the area around Kamakura and Zushi. T-Reef was an OUTSTANDING host and communicated VERY well. House it located in a perfect area. 10 minute walk to the beach, right next to grocery store, a CREATE, 7.11, and a family mart. He includes all you need to cook. "Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

"施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も案内していただいて親切でした。部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。それ以外はとっても良かったです。"

"特に問題もなく利用できました。寝床のスペースは十分あります。家電も一通り揃っており、電気式の鍋もあるため、食材だけ買えばほぼ手ぶらで来れます。庭も広いため、子連れで来ても問題なさそうです。ただ、電気が30Aのため、エアコン2台つけるとブレーカーが落ちます。機会があればまたぜひ利用させていただきたいです。"

"Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. We resorted to opening the balcony windows and turning the heat off. Other than that the room was clean and an enjoyable space. "

"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. If youre looking for a luxury hotel with once in a lifetime views of mt Fuji, this is the place for you. "

"I loved my stay at Hakone Airu. It was peaceful, quiet and the staff were able to speak English. The facility was very tourist friendly. I absolutely loved the private onsen and being able to dip in and out whenever we liked. The lounge space next to the private onsen is such a bonus. The bathroom and shower were very clean as well. The only slight discomfort was the fact the shower is exposed to the outside so can be very cold when you initially step in the shower during winter time. "

"This is a small, charming onsen hotel with three separate bathing areas. Don’t expect it to be very modern, but the staff are truly exceptional and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Short walk to the cable car stop and easy access to Gora trains. I wish I’d stayed longer."
