"My Daughter and I stayed here after attending a Taylor Swift concert in Indy. This house was perfect! 30 minutes door to door from the Lucas Oil stadium. We arrived home late and immediately relaxed with some snacks Collyn left us. The entire place is very warm and welcoming. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and heated tile floors in the bathroom are a luxurious touch. We had planned to wake up and leave but stayed a bit to unwind. "Everything about this home was perfect for our family. The location is great and easy to get to. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and has an amazing view for sunrise. The large deck provides a lovely outdoor space for entertaining and relaxation. The basement has a great hang out space and games. The decor was pretty with lots of subtle touches of home."

"This property was very accurate and very spacious! It was perfect for the night we needed it. As it says in the description there’s street parking and it worked out perfect!! Communication was great with the host! There was a little smell to the house but it’s not bad at all we just bought some febreeze and it fixed it right away! Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to stay downtown!!"

"The space is pretty small but the hosts organized everything within the space effectively. Most spaces and surfaces were well cleaned but some detail spaces needed attention, such as lights/walls, towels were clean but clearly well worn and some had light stains, the shower had not been cleaned which was clear to tell by the blonde hair on the wall. "Clean but short on supplies "

"I took my sisters and nieces to Indy for night 3 of the Eras tour. (An amazing experience.) The property was conveniently located, close to all the downtown activities in which we were interested. The property was clean and quiet. There was a parking spot behind the property but also lots of street parking. Our host was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to town."

"I read the listing through but somehow missed the last line stating that the bathroom is shared. Windows cannot be opened and my bed was really low to the ground. Not a fan of colored sheets in a rental, but it was clean and it worked. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door didn’t latch well. The hostess was friendly and responsive. They make it feel like a safe place with the fence, security system and gate being locked at night."

"House was perfect for our group. It allowed plenty of room for my daughter's bridal party to get ready for her wedding. Beds were comfortable. The space in the house was amazing!"
