"The townhouse is as listed and great communication with the property manager, very responsive. It’s nice that they provide white noise machines in the rooms for guests who are not use to city noises, very helpful. Love the location and ability to walk around the highlands area, would definitely stay here again. "

"Had group of high school friends in town for the Bourbon Classic. Everything within walking distance. The floods kept up from enjoying Louisville. I will return."

"Five friends tasting some bourbon. The house location provided easy access to distilleries in the Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown areas. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and roomy for 5 guys. Enjoyed the inside fire and a movie after touring. Last night grilled some steaks and had a fire pit. Tammie immediately responded to all questions and was very accommodating when our times changed. Will book again next time we're in the Louisville area."

"This was our second stay in this home; I grew up in this area and we visit family throughout the year. This home is perfect for my husband, me and our adult sons and their families. It’s roomy, with great size bedrooms and hard-to-find three full baths. The layout of the home works well, and while we didn’t use the backyard on this visit, the fire pit and cornhole are nice. We also love the off street private parking. The host was easy to work with and responsive. We would stay again. "

"We had an amazing time at this property. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had all our family ranging from 65 to 7 years old. Everyone had a great time. Just a short drive to Louisville. Made all our meals at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool house was amazing. Lots of extra room to play games and sleep."

"Location was quiet. Hot tub was a nice addition. Sauna wasnt working at the time of our stay, but not a deal breaker for us as we probably wouldnt have used it anyway. Beds were comfy. House appeared clean. We brought our kiddos and dog and everyone was comfortable. Yard is small, but it worked. The house was as described in the listing, and the host was great. "

"Family and friends stayed at this property for five days. The home is very comfortable with plenty of seating. The beds were soft, and there was plenty of hot water. We had one small issue and the property manager took care of our concern immediately. 10/10 would totally stay here again."

"The house was the perfect size and setup for my family. All bedrooms are upstairs so there privacy from downstairs noise. The house was very cozy, heat worked extremely well in the winter. We did not use the pool. Just a note, it’s small but big enough for a small group of people or family with young kids. Great price for the size of home in the area. "

"We had no hot water for days due to the pipes not being insulated well and the water freezing. Neither toilet had running water, so the only way to flush was to slowly fill up the tank with pots of water and manually flush. There was also dirty paw prints all over the bathroom from a rodent that clearly lived in the wall that had a big chewed out hole. The owner said it was squirrels. The rest of the place wasn’t cleaned well either. When the owner responded, he sent some guys out to fix the...
