"It was very clean. I had no heat from Monday to Thursday AM. I called multiple times and requested heat. Repeatedly, called the Barsala number. I expressed my need on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday multiple times. Until Thursday a space heater was delivered. Got a call back and a status update. "

"My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!"

"We stayed 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert. When I booked I had no idea how close it was to the stadium. That alone saved a great deal of money. I was hesitant to book due to negative reviews that they would never stay again, but the price made me book it. I will say I was very pleased with the stay. "It’s absolutely impossible to reach the owner/manager of the location, your support team was also unable to reach them my check in day. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there.
