"Incredible location"

"Quiet neighborhood. My only problem was when we arrived the apt. Wasn’t cleaned so we had to call a number, file a report and then wait till the contacted us to go back to the apt. After it was completed it was clean and we were happy with the results. Microwave was broken so we couldn’t reheat any leftovers. We did like the apt. And surrounding area. "

"It was very clean. I had no heat from Monday to Thursday AM. I called multiple times and requested heat. Repeatedly, called the Barsala number. I expressed my need on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday multiple times. Until Thursday a space heater was delivered. Got a call back and a status update. "

"The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. "It’s absolutely impossible to reach the owner/manager of the location, your support team was also unable to reach them my check in day. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there.
