"We had a wonderful visit in downtown Noblesville. There were two adults, best friends taking a day away to do some shopping. The pull out couch and bed accommodated the two of us perfectly. The house was very clean and the perfect place to stay for a night. It’s a great location if you are visiting downtown, within walking distance of good food and fun shopping. Open Concept Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Bar Area!

"We were staying in the area to attend the Christkindlmarkt (Christmas market) in nearby Carmel. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of space. Bedrooms were very comfy, large, open kitchen/living area served us well. We had all we needed, and more. The host, Kim, was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again, and have no reservations about recommending to others. "

"The property worked for our group of 7 work team. We only slept there and played a few games of poker and the game room was great. We had an issue with the heating system. It could not keep up with the cold temps and it really got cold in certain rooms. Robbie was helpful and hopefully they can address it."

"Our family and another family rented this property for 3 days to take our son's to a football tournament. We had plenty of space to spread out and loved how clean and cozy the house was."

"The house was perfect for our stay in Indy for our son’s 2 week PT intensive! Very clean, very easy to get to, and the host is very accommodating and responsive! Having a ‘home away from home’ to stay in during a medical stay for kids is so important and this did just the job!"

"We have a large family and they have outgrown our home. So it was a nice location close to our house. It accommodated our son and his girlfriend in form marine corp in North Carolina, our daughter, he husband and 1 yr old, our other daughter husband and their 2 yr old. My 84 yr old mom my son and his 8 yr old son and me my wife and our 17 yr old with plenty of room"

"Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Owner had great communication. Kids loved the air hockey table and it kept them busy while the adults socialized upstairs. Very safe neighborhood, ample parking on property and close to the major attractions in Indianapolis. Nice deck area and firepit but due to inclement weather we could not utilize it "

"Arrived for 4 night stay with 20people, not suitable for that many. Only 2 bathrooms can be used for comon use, basement bathroom door does not lock. Both bathrooms with bunk beds the turfles cannot be used and still walk, very crowded. The water from faucets smelled very strong of oxidation even for showers, toilet tanks are thick with brown dirt and water spouts. The movie room and the smaller basement room's carpet was soaking wet and the whole basement smelled wet. Was only told issue was...
