"This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience."

"Overall happy with the stay. I accidentally booked one night instead of two and Lucas was understanding of the situation. Communicating very well and worked with us to check out. He looked at accommodating us with another place but just didn’t have one currently available. Very clean and bed was comfortable. "

"We came from Lake Geneva, WI, Chicago NW suburbs, Newburgh, IN. We've been friends for over 30 years. First time in Carmel--Zionsville area. We did NO cooking, but kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a gourmet meal."

"Our group stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. The house is located near fun activities such as Birdies putt-putt and Bar, Field Brewery and much more! "I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. It was immaculate. The property manager communicates better than any I've ever experienced. The home is in a great neighborhood and we had an absolute lovely time in this home for Christmas. We rented out both units and it was perfect for our family of 20. Communication before, during and after our stay was spot on. We left a stack of gift cards in the home and guess what?...THEY RETURNED THEM!!!! That alone solidified this review! Beyond...
