"Absolutely amazing and totally recommended. The house is clean, traditional in one way so we can really experience traditional living in Korean’s house but also modern bath room. The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. "This hotel is okay for the short term. It’s missing important things for long term stay like laundry service and daily room cleaning services. Its location is very convenient however. It is also quite small. I still enjoyed my stay though. There are other options in the area at the same price point that are more flushed out in services. Good for the short term this place is."

"We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip to Seoul and this was our favourite hotel by a long way. The location was fantastic- walking distance to the palaces Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung and Jongmyo -all wonderful experiences. We loved wandering the small streets of Bukchon Hanok village with its quirky shops and speciality food sellers- especially the fruit mochi shop and Artist bakery and cafe. There was a lovely vibe in this area of Seoul. We encountered an outdoor cinema and outdoor reading areas in the Gwanghwamun square. And easy to walk to Myeong-Dong cafes and shops. Book tickets 6 days in advance for Changdeokgung Secret Gardens. Restricted entry here - must be booked on to a guided tour. Nearest subway Anguk. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, the beds were the most comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread was absolutely delicious. Also this was the quietest hotel we stayed in- no road noise here."

"The room was clean and spacious, as well as the staff were really helpful for anything we needed. They have a cafe in the lobby that's worth checking out, but if you need anything else, there's also a convenience store as well as a supermarket right next to the hotel. Would stay here again!"
