"We had an exceptional experience with the Grand Hyatt Incheon: Started with the free shuttle that picked us outside terminal 2 @Gate 4A 1st Floor, arrival. As of 1.25.2025, the shuttle arrives at 10 & 40 of every hour; starting early in the evening till 10:00 pm, not sure of the operation hours exactly, travelers should check with hotel website. Upon arriving at the hotel, we had a pleasant and speedy check-in by Jenna. A shout out to Jenna, thank you. For the rest of the stay, we had nothing but high praises for the staff. What’s great is the easiness with travel between airport and hotel, especially for foreign travelers not speaking Korean. We had such a great stay, definitely recommend the grand hyatt Incheon, definitely will return to the hotel, Again, thank you for the experience. "

"This hotel complex is large with great views of the city. The staff speaks wonderful English and are determined to make everything operate smoothly. For me, the closeness to the enormous train station was the biggest blessing."
