"Entering place is a wow! Hot tub great! Small deficiencies-no garage bags or paper towel. The main bathroom shower head needs replacing - water from hose sprays down pipping so less water can reach shower head. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, lovely glass wear, pots and pans. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"Never disappointed with our stay at the FCW! We tried the Gold experience this time and everything from check-in/check-out and the lounge upgrades were outstanding. Customer service is exceptional. There were problems with getting items up to the room...sometimes several calls were required, but eventually things got sorted out."
