I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! "The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...
