I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! "Great walkable distance to the village! Perfect when you don't want to hear the bumping of music, but still want to partake in the nearby restaurant experience. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. Have the right expectations before you go- if you are looking for "all new" everything, this is not your place. I will definitely stay again on my return trips to Whistler!"

"Stayed one night on the way to Whistler. Our room was located on a nonsmoking floor but it had a funny smell in the hallway. Good that the smell did not propagate to the room. The room was dark as other reviewers have mentioned but it's not a deal breaker. Room was clean and spacious. There is a liquor store and cute little cafe connected to the hotel."
