"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. I regretted not booking a longer stay - and would love to stay with them again if I were to return to the area. "

"낡고 오래된 주택이라 고즈넉하기는 했지만 추웠습니다. 룸에있는 화장실도 추웠지만 샤워실은 이용할수 없을 정도로 추웠으며 대욕장을 이용할수 밖에 없었어요. 음식은 너무 깔끔하고 맛있었고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하십니다. 가족탕은 탕에 때가 둥둥떠다녀서 더러웠지만 대욕장은 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 동네가 너무 조용하고 좋았습니다. "

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. "Overall, a very good hotel in a great location across from the main train station and within walking distance to old Hakata town/neighborhoods with many temples. Also, close to many dining and shopping places. Hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable with great service. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"Overall, my experience was great here. The location is walking distance for major shopping zones, public transportation, and local yatai hubs. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. The room amenities were great. I was doing the diamond tour of Japan as a first time visitor. So, I went from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and finally to Fukuoka. It was only at Tokyu Stay that my room gave me access to a microwave, and laundry machine. This helps alleviate the burden of having to take care of these daily action items while on vacation. With such easy access to such amenities, you get to get back to enjoying your vacation that much faster. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend/family member? Definitely. Thanks so much, Tokyu Stay Staff!"

"A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."

Love love love this hotel

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA. Great fridge and microwave in the room also helpful. "
