Clean, comfortable and great sky spa.
One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka, with a great hot spring bath and Sauna on the roof. Will stay again! In the exciting Tenjin neighborhood with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes.

This hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop onsen is nice. The soap is nice too. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only negative point is that the slippers were too small for me.

The location is very convenient and it is just a few minutes walk from Tenjin Minami station. Many department stores around the area. About the hotel, Staff there were very nice. The room is clean and tidy. Public bath for relaxation and l loved it. I 'll come again next time.

立地は天神のほぼ中心にあるため駅にも近く文句ない。部屋や施設はとても綺麗。しかしアジア系の客が多く、朝食会場や大浴場は騒がしかったのがすごく不快だった。特に大浴場の脱衣場は狭くて蒸し暑く、全く落ち着かないので夜は利用しなかった。早朝に大浴場に行ったら、シャワーはきちんとかけておらず、椅子や風呂桶がなぜここに？という場所に散らばっており、日本人からして常識を疑った。定期的な点検と清掃が必須と感じた。スタッフは日本人の方々はとても丁寧だが外国人スタッフは気が利かず、日本のサービスから著しく劣る。スタッフの教育が行き届いていないと感じた。

妻と娘の3人で宿泊しました。チェックイン時間の前でしたが、娘が疲れて寝てしまいら受付ロビーの前のソファーで待っていたところ、スタッフの方から少し早めに入れてくださりました。ありがとうございました。部屋は全体的に綺麗でしたが、目につかないところの埃がすごかったです。
