"This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. "We had an amazing time at the Hotelito de Suenos. I highly recommend for families with children of any age, couples or solo travelers. First- the location is perfect if you prefer quieter nights in Sayulita but still within walking distance of everything. Second- the breakfast IS AMAZING. "Second time staying in Sayulita, first boutique Hotel stay, was a 9++. So clean and fresh everyday! So accommodating, dried our towels if need be. The kitchenette was perfect, maybe a pairing knife and scissors would be handy. Used a white noise machine as I didn’t want to hear others, and I’m a shift worker so I’m used to using this :) .
