"I cannot warn you enough, do not book this hotel. Upon arrival I was told my reservation did not exist and that the hotel does not work with hotels.com and it must be a scam and to “block my credit card so I don’t get charged”. I was left stranded with nowhere to go. I asked the receptionist Azul if they had a room available and they were able to accommodate me for one night only, claiming the hotel was fully booked. "The location is perfect! The apartment is a nice size with good air conditioning. Bed is comfortable. It has a small functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. I didn’t really have any issues with noise. I do have one big complaint and that would be their wifi. It’s not reliable and very unstable. "

"The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, was told the lock code was 6 digits, but there was a key lock next to the door entering the unit with only 4 digits. I figured there must’ve been a mistake with either the code given or possibly the wrong unit number. I messaged the host asking for help and it took them about 12 hours to respond.
