"Beautiful Place, on the mountain side of the pacific coast, the main staircase from reception down to the first large pool is incredible. Birds, Monkeys, Iguanas--everywhere. Nice people, friendly service, lots of food and drink options. Beach has wonderful shells at low tide and great swimming. Rent a car for your stay and travel on your own to some of the remote beaches to the North--the roads are rough--but the adventure is something you will remember for the rest of your days. Take two big drives--go to Monte Verde and see the cloud forest--don't forget to drink some coffee in Monte Verde's small town on the way out. Then go to Rincón de la Vieja National Park and see the volcano. Just incredible. VIDA PURA"

The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream. "
