"This property is in a great location. Quick and easy drive to La Fortuna. Several restaurants very close by. Great property management which was very attentive to our needs. "

"The property is definitely on the rustic side but all the core amenities are there. The grounds are spectacular! Hiking trails in the back are amazing. There are stunning streams, large trees, and more. The area around the property is rugged and we encountered road closures due to mudslides. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience if you’re looking for a true rainforest and mountain getaway."

"Highly recommend this property in Monteverde. It is located at the top of the mountain in the cloud forest. The host was excellent and arranged a tour for us. The views are stunning and the privacy is unmatched. Would stay again in a heart beat"

"Vistas Del Lago is a great community with an amazing view of Lake Arenal and the mountain. The house was as presented on line, nice accommodation for 6, though there were only 4 of us. Our only issues resulted from late season rain and storms -- unreliable internet and washed out roads/landslides."
