"The place was very cute but the check in for us was a nightmare. Could not get in contact with anyone and couldn’t find the exact location. Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. Should just say in the listing to check in at Mar hotel or Don Taco."

The location took us a minute to find (Waze and Google Maps don’t have accurate directions) but Daniela gave us a video of the route showing where to turn. Once we found it, it was easy. "It was a great place to stay. The size was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. The only thing I would caution is there is only one room with an AC, and from what we found only one fan. (All had ceiling fans but the ceiling is so high it was hard to feel any breeze.) So it was a little hotter than I’m used to sleeping in however I would absolutely stay again. The view alone was worth it!!!! Property managers were quick to help with anything and it was only a short drive into town. Perfect...

"Patrick was the ultimate host, nothing was too much for him! The house was comfortable and the breakfasts varied and delightful. AC was nice but the mountain breezes cooled things off nicely too. Pool and hot tub were amazing! You will nott be sorry if you book here!"

"The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Our cabin overlooked the trees with birds galore. Plenty of trails around the property with a fish hatchery, flowers, fruit, etc. we opted for breakfast the first day but didn’t realize we were to tell them on the next day. Not sure what happened. Defiant would stay again. Pool was freezing so we couldn’t enjoy it very much when we were there. "
