"This place is an amazing hidden gem. It felt so private is if you had the whole place to yourself. The grounds are stunning and the amenities are top notch from the communal areas to the full gym. I loved that the rooms themselves are renovated and feel fresh. I would come back in a heartbeat! "

"We had a lovely stay at Casa Cielo. The views from the property are amazing, and it is conveniently located on the main road through to Santa Elena/Monteverde. We’re also very happy in benefits the Sustainability Center, which is one of the main reasons we booked. "

"This place was amazing! Perfect size for two people. King size bed was comfortable. Amazing Views of lake and volcano. Grill and hot tub did not work. That is only reason we are rating a 4. I would absolutely stay here again. Close to everything in this area.great restaurant and all activities a short drive"

"We had an amazing stay at Morada Colibri. The property is even nicer in reality than on the pictures. If you are lucky you will be able to see wildlife in the trees around the property - we were lucky to see a family of monkeys :) There is also an outdoor gym area and the jacuzzi is huge. Andy is a great host! I would definitely stay here again!"

"These cabins are a bird watchers paradise. We saw over 40 species from the deck of our rustic little cabin. This location is out of the way. If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. "The property owner never responded to multiple messages. The link that VRBO sent with check in information was blank, and the host never provided directions or instructions to access the property. When I called him, the phone didn’t even connect to a voice mail. I think we were scammed."

"It's a very cute small house, good for 2 people to share a bit king size bed. The house is equipped with everything you need. It sits on a large piece of land overlooking mountains and you can see the bay a bit. The sunsets are gorgeous from the property. There is a place to park on the property and it has a gate for safety. It's about 5 mins drive from the center of monteverde. The host provides clear direction and easy to communicate with "
