4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1027)
" Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. Hotel Vasari

3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (701)
"We stayed two nights, and the AC didn’t work well. It was during mid July, so AC not working was the worst experience ever, we couldn’t sleep throughout the night. We requested the manager to change the room for the second night, but he wasn’t helpful at all. I’d highly recommend you folks to pay €10-20 extra and stay at a better place where the AC works. Other than that, it was close to all major landmarks and the train station. And the hotel was clean. "
