Very pleasant hotel. Slightly outside the city centre, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station, the river and Santa Maria Novella. The surrounding streets are mostly quiet residential with hardly any traffic. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor which has amazing views over the city. Even better… thanks to we got a free room upgrade with

This hotel was great! It was such an easy walk from the train station and we were within a 20min walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were super comfortable and well stocked. We even got to use the rooftop pool that was heated and had a great view.

Hotel Kraft is an excellent place to stay in Florence. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a quieter stay, a bit removed from the bigger attractions in the city. Pros: - Clean and well kept rooms - Roof top restaurant for all meals - Quiet location removed from the heavy tourist attractions - High quality breakfast Cons: - Our double bed was two twins smashed together - Not much of a view even with a balcony room

This is a great place to come and stay in Florence. It is a nice area. The pool was the best part after a hot day of sightseeing. The breakfast was hearty and kep us going to our daily gelato break!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful during our stay. Due to national train strikes, our train to Pisa was cancelled. The hotel staff took time to find alternative options for us. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The rooftop area was very peaceful and offers great views across the city.
