"Staff were the kindest we have met in Italy. Wonderful customer service. Helped me to deal with telephone calls to my medical insurance company and trip to hospital emergency-very much appreciated especially during a difficult time after a fall elsewhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Close to Centrale train station. Rooms quiet and roomy and beds comfortable. Nothing over the top fancy but everything you could need it provided. "

He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!"
