"This two story home is in a great location. The second floor is almost self sufficient with a large living area and a mini kitchen. We were tortured by ants! I think an exterminator is in order. While there, there were issues with the upstairs toilet. A plumber was sent to no avail. The upstairs people had to use buckets to flush the toilet. We told the management company and they told us it would be dealt with after we checked out. The shower pressure downstairs was nonexistent. This may be...

The town was the most quaint and enjoyable northern California beachfront village... if you haven't visited, you should. We were amazed by a world-class frisbee juggler on the beach every day right in front of the property; we watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets while doing puzzles in the great room; we paddleboarded on the canal and in the bay (where we were chased by a massive...

"perfect for our family. loved being on the beach, walking distance to stores/cafes on the esplanade. fortunately, great weather. might have been too cozy if we would have all have had to stay inside"

"It was a beautiful house. Very spacious for our group of 16. Host was super responsive. 3 floors and 3 kitchens, but only 2nd floor was equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances and dishware. We did fine with just one kitchen. I didn’t like how water was rationed and we had to use water sparingly which made it hard to do with a large group, but overall, a very pleasant stay. Would book again because kids loved being so close to the beach."

"Host should be fired, he did not contact me and did not return my messages. We had to call the VRBO to get code for lock box to access. I have stayed multiple times VRBO the host always text me to see if everything was ok."

"Overall an awesome experience and a beautiful little house on the dunes! The railings on the stairs were wide enough for our kids to fit through so just a little heads up for parents with small children. Also, the bbq is charcoal so if you plan to grill, be sure to plan accordingly."

"Property is perfect for a couple and there dog. Room is very spacious with a little kitchenette for coffee and food to go. Bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Room where you sleep has no windows so there isnt any cross ventilation . Location is beautiful. Hosts were wonderdul. Definately will be back this summer. for any cross ventilator"

"Overall great stay!.. only drawbacks were some confusion over early check in, and some b. g cobwebs but the location was extremely clean otherwise. We brought a lot of items like salt & pepper, spices, hairdryer, shampoo, etc all items that the home provided so it would've nice to know that it was provided but overall loved our stay and appreciate the welcome feeling that we had there"
