"We loved staying at ‘La Casita’! It was clean, had very nice furnishings and good location allowing easy walking distance to anywhere in La Jolla. There was a lovely private patio with great sun exposure. Good amenities; tv, internet, nice towels. "

"I was disconcerted to see that "50 yards to the sand" meant that you have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach. The space is lovely and immaculate and perfect, except for the non-mention of the road."

"We stayed for five days and we were very comfortable. Both the house itself and the neighborhood were quiet, and the off-street parking was so nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings, the close proximity to the freeway, and the quick and easy access to the beaches and charming downtown area!"

I will say I wasn’t happy that a workman showed up with a staff member to repair the oven and washer dryer during our stay two and a half hours then wanted to return another day! No! We were there for my bday needed the oven for a cake a portable was delivered.Them being there encroached on my paid time and I wasn’t about to let workers in when I wasn’t there. "The “villa” has a comfortable style and antiques are scattered throughout the home. A fantastic outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying peace and quiet. Close enough to run to the store if need be but yet in the country. Such a nice roomy home."

"Had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront house! The location is unmatched with phenomenal views, and proximity to walking path to beach and pier (as well as movie theatre and restaurants). Small discrepancies in that though there is a fireplace working in the pictures, it wasn't working when we arrived. Also, no garage remote for cars so we had to manually have someone open the garage everytime. We loved how big the kitchen was as well as the hot tub and comfortable beds. Also, very responsive...

"We had a great stay visiting our daughter at college. The house was a great escape for her for the weekend and she even got her laundry done. We enjoyed tidal pooling and checking out the beach during the king tide. The neighborhood was very quiet this time of year and great for morning walks. We cooked meals and the kitchen was supplied with the all necessary equipment and some essentials like salt pepper and oil. But we also enjoyed a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance."

"We came down for business meetings nearby. Never stayed here before. Very clean, plenty of restaurants walking distance. And the beach is 100 yards away. One caveat; the Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all. Might be because our room was on the end and far from the units. That was only the drawback of Stan otherwise excellent all around."
