"Wonderful location and views. Dolphins watching morning and evening right outside window Well appointed home and comfortable. It did have Lots of stairs but nothing unmanageable. "

"Tom is a gracious host and his property is wonderful. Great location. Easy walk to the 101, restaurants, shops and beach. Yet a tucked away sanctuary. Plenty of parking, outdoor space even a yoga studio!! Little slice of heaven in Encinitas "

"We loved our stay in Carlsbad! A group of our old friends stayed together for a friends wedding in the area and it was so fun for us to all stay together, have plenty of space, and enjoy the jacuzzi in the cool winter evenings. We had lots to do over the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities but they had fun games, a garage with some workout stuff, a pool with an awesome slide! Was a great place for us to all stay and bond and was very easy to get to all the wedding...

"This is a beautiful place. There were nine women staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice big deck to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and sunsets with cocktails. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again."

"We live close by and needed an extra home for extended family staying for a week. They loved the home, and we loved going over to hang out in the backyard! The home is very warm and welcoming (not like the typically cold, sterile rentals) The home was equipped with a full kitchen, nice towels, plenty of pool towels, beautiful decor and plenty of rooms and beds for our party of ten. The backyard is set up for family gatherings and all the kids had so much fun in the pool. Highly recommend this...
