"Nice boutique hotel but no real public space. Solely an outdoor terrace on the canal but kind of run down. We took their best room, top floor with balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. The room was nice but the space a little odd. Breakfast food was pretty poor and the dining room not very charming. Service was excellent with staff attentive, friendly, and efficient. "

The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
