The hotel is nice in general but it has a very hot side that we needed to open the window and use a fan in December. The other side of the hotel is good and renovated with better room interior .. Nicolo from the reception was very helpful.

Very welcoming hotel and lovely service. The room was lovely and although at the entrance to the stairs it was nice and quiet. The bathroom didn’t have many amenities but they appeared on the second day. Very friendly staff but breakfast was a bit limited.

The hotel and staff were amazing! We absolutely loved our room. The room has a Venetian interior, was spacious and clean. The view was lovely. The staff were professional and friendly.
