"My husband and I love this property and have stayed here once before. It’s a beautiful Inn with the Bob Jones walking/biking path right behind the property. However, the rooms need work, the shower gives just enough water to barely get wet (you have to run around in the shower) , and it doesn’t getter hotter than look warm, one of the sink faucets in the bathroom had a cold handle that did not work, and the curtains would not move without fighting with them for 20 min. "We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. San Luis Obispo has a vibrant downtown and the Granada Hotel is right in the middle of it. Every aspect is gorgeously designed. The room was smaller than a chain hotel's but far more delightful. The several public areas were also inviting and relaxing. Staff were helpful and classy. A real pleasure."

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "

"You have a sign to encourage us to reuse towels in the bathroom, but there are no hooks or bars to hang anything on. You provided only one dish towel in the kitchen for 4 days. Also needed more hand towels. We needed an ice maker or trays to make ice. We appreciated plenty of paper towels and zip lock bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staying close to our family in two other lofts. "
