"Loved our stay these past nine days. Everything was wonderful. We listened to howler monkeys, saw parakeets and other beautiful birds, a few frogs, lizards, and iguana on the grounds of the property. "So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. Carlos is a wonderful man who seems to be the manager. Very sweet, and you can tell he maintains the grounds and pool. "Jeff and Gina did a quick approval and check-in update for us based on a sudden last minute VRBO cancellation. Their place in Tamarindo is just on the edge of town, easy short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc., and a very relaxing place to just hang out and relax. We enjoyed several games of Ticket to Ride, plenty of reading time, and cooling off in the pool out back. The best restaurant in town is just steps down the hill from the house - Fish and Cheeses. Highly recommend this...

"The villa was truly beautiful, and a perfect place for couples to stay. The cat was very friendly, but if you are allergic this is not the place for you. Miguel was very helpful, and when we had a small issue upon arrival (that was our own fault), Miguel arrived within minutes. Make sure that you are using Whatsapp to communicate. The location is very close to town and the beach. We would highly recommend this villa and Miguel."
