"Wow, that first impression when we walked in just before sunset. That impression will stay with me. Every morning we would sit and enjoy our coffees on the front deck for hours. The howlers kept us company a few mornings, so between the view and the monkeys, you couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfy and had lots of storage. Finally, the property managers at Samara and Kristina the owner were all so helpful and kind. I would love to go back one day. "

The weather so bad (raining heavily most days - we early during a break in the rain, going north on 160 - roads flooded and the usual potholes - if the water had been a couple inches higher - we still be there - strongly suggest not renting in the rainy season - "

"This property was perfect for our large group of two families. This is centrally located in Playa Guiones (Nosara) with a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. "Awesome location and beautiful property in a nice neighborhood within Nosara. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There were a couple of fairly minor problems with the home during our stay specifically several roof leaks during heavy rains that need to be addressed. Otherwise great property and would definitely recommend!"

"I feel this property is misleading. First, there is no beach, not for miles. I couldn't see the ocean but it was cloudy. My idea of a resort is not this. Maps don't bring you here easily. Its minimally maintained gravel roads that cross creeks and ruts and need 4wd to get up the hills. You are 20 minutes from a paved road out in the middle of nowhere.
