"This house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Marbella is a pretty town with a small market but not many places to eat. We loved the Tiki Hut which is a short drive, on isolated and black sand Marbella Beach! The bedrooms are air conditioned and the open air house has constant breezes. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water heater and oven during our stay but we spent a lot of time in the pool having fun. There is a charcoal grill but bring supplies because the local markets...

"We had a great time at Casa Juliana with our family party of 9. It is a quick walk to Playa Junquillal, which is a stunning beach. We enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. It is very private, but there are great restaurants very close to the house. I would note that the upstairs loft bedroom is beautiful, with the attached living area, but it may not be appropriate for kids or folks with concerns about mobility. "It was a wonderful week with great weather. Lexie helped us to organize many activities from airport transport to surfing lessons and fishing trips. My two teenaged sons spent a lot of time surfing and the beach near the home has perfect waves for beginners to more advanced surfers. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were so helpful. We walked to reayaurants, shopping etc. we felt safe the entire time !! "

"The House in the Heavens is as described in the listing. It is an oasis in the jungle above the ocean. The layout, the amenities, and the pool are great. There are jungle creatures. If you aren't interested in sharing your vacation with frogs, lizards, monkeys, scorpions and the biggest damn grasshoppers I've ever seen, this is not the place for you. "This spacious home provided a grounding home base for our adventure to Costa Rica. We are a family of 8 and it met all of our needs There was more than enough living space inside and out-to be together and also take restful space- including a beautiful pool and a well equipped kitchen. The host and property manager were very attentive. It was fantastic! "

The bungalow is the perfect size and is really well thought out (space for folded clothes, hanging clothes, multiple fans, well-equipped kitchen, very clean, etc.), the garden/grounds are really well taken care of, and the pool is the perfect size to cool off in. I also took advantage of the concierge service who booked me an amazing massage on the property in the yoga shala.100% loved this place."
