The rest of the staff were great. The food was okay and we were disappointed that the ice cream in the cafe was at a cost. Nothing we ever experienced at an all inclusive. The room was excellent with a wonderful view. The grounds were beautiful. "

"Our favourite spot was at the Infinity Pool! Sipping on a drink in the pool watching the whales playing so close to shore was amazing! Italian restaurant was great! Things that need improvement would be the quality of food at the buffet. They implemented a new App halfway through our stay and it was “buggy” which caused a lot of confusion. If you weren’t a member, you were treated differently "
