"Without any doubt the best All Inclusive I’ve been to and we have been to at least 20 AI over the years. The room, the food , the staff and the entertainment team are six stars not five stars. I’d like to mention Kelly at the front desk, Israel at Casa Cortez, Aurelia at the buffet and many more !!! Fernanda Maria the captain of the dance ( entertainment) team is a superstar !!! Cannot wait to come back soon. I wish I wrote down more names to acknowledge the fabulous service and staff. We stayed 9 days and very sad to leave. "

"Hotel was clean, convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas were busy but great. Water slide area for kids was fun. We spent most of our time at the beach which also had activities like volleyball. Food was good and a lot of choices. End of trip area was very much appreciated after checkout so you could still enjoy the resort before your departure from the hotel. "

"The area of the hotel is perfect. It’s not far from downtown José . The staff were helpful. The area is in the hotel zone and as a woman I felt safe walking around in the night. Affordable food options in the area. My only complain was my shower had black ( looks like mold) around the door. The rooms give an older hotel look. Look like the picture. I would recommend staying if you are on a budget in Cabo "

"We had such a great vacation!! Lovely resort-meticulously maintained. Everyone is super friendly. Great lunch options by pool. Cafe is great for quick breakfast (pastries are to die for!) and coffee. Mercado is useful for water, snacks, toiletries, etc...The spa is unbelievable. A number of shops and restaurants nearby and 5 minute taxi to San Jose, 15 min walk to large grocery store. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite with ocean views and only wonderful things to say (I love the daily housekeeping too!). "
