"The staff at this property are wonderful, especially our concierge Gabriel. The property is nice, the rooms were clean and modern and the beach was lovely. The food is ok but even after dining at one of the restaurants, we would still end up at the buffet because it never seemed enough. We had some issues navigating a gluten allergy too as some of the menu items are mislabeled and the servers are not well informed. There isn't much to do in the evening which is likely fine for young families....

"Alex at our check in was excellent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the hotel and room concept. Tou can’t get a better location for the art walk in Thursday night but it come at a price. The music from the restaurant hotel was so loud until 11. After that ended the music from local bars from the area played until the middle of the night. The air plugs provided were not very useful. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately we will not stay here again...

"I stayed here at the start/end of my Baja cycling trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Perhaps the only negatives are that dining options are somewhat limited in the area, and I found the room to be quite bright at night with the exterior lights coming through even with the blinds drawn. However those are minor and overall it was a great stay, would recommend it."

"If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us."
