"I stayed at this property for 5 nights in April 2025. This hotel had amazing views of the lake Nahuel Huapi. They restaurant had great dining options and amazing spa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel one of day trips and the hotel staff Max went above and beyond to connect me with other local travel agents. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. "Location is very convenient but you don’t have any good view. Few blocks away from downtown so if you like quite place this is for you. The staff are very kind and friendly. Dinner restaurant Travola also has good food with reasonable price. "

"Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time. "

"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us. "
