We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. The views from the balcony were simply amazing!"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. El día que dejamos el hotel, solicitamos en la recepción que nos programaran un taxi remise para ir al aeropuerto y nunca llegó, desgraciadamente el joven de la recepción no pudo conseguirnos otro medio de transporte, eran las 4 am y tuvimos que salir a la calle cargando las maletas, nos topamos con muchos borrachos en la calle, el taxista que nos hizo el favor de recogernos nos comentó que era muy peligroso estar a esas horas en la calle"
