"Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"

"Great location, staff, breakfast and the view from the breakfast area. Very convenient to walk to main attractions and restaurants. During our stay the toilet flush valve stuck and after reporting it, they come right away to fix it. "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. "Property was charming and quaint. The hotel is actually a B&B with great breakfast selection which I took advantage of every morning and I’m not a breakfast person. However I could not resist the homemade apple bread. The B&B is in an updated historic home of German architecture and adorned with original artwork by one of the owners.
