"The Tres Reyes hotel is located right on the lake, it has a wonderful view of the mountains. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the central square. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location."

"Only thing I would change was the smoke smell from the fire pit in the lobby. Maybe have a better extracter for the smoke. "

"Receptionist and staff in general are very friendly, the breakfast was very good! Rooms are nice with a great view to the lake. Location is good, 10 min car drive to down town but right outside the city to make it more quite and with greater views to cerro catedral"

"Overall we had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure and breakfast included was a big plus. Unfortunately our stay soured at the end as after check out we were accused of stealing a towel and charged for it. We did not steal said towel and likely never had it to begin with. Felt like we were taken advantage of as young female travelers. "

"Nice space. Not huge, but big enough to have bag on the floor. Heated floors are nice. Shower had plenty of hot water. Cafe downstairs is nice. Clean bed was comfy. "
