"El Hotel es muy lindo y los amenities que tiene no son tan buenos como la piscina, las canchas de tenis no tienen ni alquilan raquetas y el personal no se ve muy contento ni a gusto. El desayuno muy normal para la categoria de Hotel que es y creo que hay mucho mejores hoteles con mas valor precio calidad en Bariloche. Deberían alcanzar la categoria de Marriot Bonvoy en el mundo"

"Positives: Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra. Negatives: Overpriced for what your...

"Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔"

"We loved our staying at Altos del Nahuel. We enjoyed the cabaña barilochean style, the lake view, and being close to the city and main tours was a plus! The beds were comfortable, The kitchen and dinning area was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! The staff members were very helpful, and check in check out process was easy.
